Custom Product & Return Policy

1. Made-to-Order & Final Sale

All products sold on our website are made-to-order based on the photos, text, and personalization details submitted by the customer. Each item is uniquely customized and cannot be restocked or resold.

For this reason, all custom and personalized products are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations once production has begun.

2. Order Review & Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all submitted content before production, including but not limited to:

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Spellings

  • Messages

  • Uploaded photos

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

3. Proof Approval (If Provided)

If a digital proof is provided, production will only begin after the customer gives written approval.

Once approved, the order becomes final and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Failure to respond to proof confirmation within the specified time frame will be considered automatic approval.

4. No Returns for Subjective Reasons

We do not accept returns or refunds for subjective reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • “I don’t like it”

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings

  • Expectations not aligned with personal taste

5. Image Quality Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing clear, high-resolution images.

If a low-quality image is submitted and approved for production, we are not responsible for quality limitations resulting from the original image.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Our Responsibility)

If your item arrives damaged or materially different from the approved proof, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is verified as our error, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds will only be issued if a replacement cannot be provided.

7. Chargeback Protection Clause

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that this is a custom-made product and waive the right to initiate chargebacks based on dissatisfaction with subjective preferences.

All customization details, approval confirmations, and production records may be used as evidence in payment dispute cases.
